Grade 3

Week 1 Updates

This week we have come back to school very excited about term 4! The students have settled in well and are already back working beautifully.

Thursday, we acknowledged Pink Day by dressing up in as much pink as we could and had a longer recess to enjoy spending time with our friends. We raised a lot of money for Breast Cancer research, and the total will be read out at assembly. Can’t wait!

Week 2 Updates

This week, our Grade 3s joined forces with their Grade 2 buddies for a fun and sticky STEM challenge! 

Using only spaghetti and mini marshmallows, the students worked together to design and build the tallest and strongest tower they could.

There was plenty of laughter as teams experimented, problem-solved, and tested their creations. Some towers stood tall and steady, while others had a bit of a wobble, but what really stood out was the teamwork, communication, and creative thinking on display.
