R U OK? Day

Thursday 11th September is R U OK? Day

It is a day to speak widely, openly and honestly about how we are really feeling. All students are encouraged wear a splash of yellow, headband, hair tie, ribbon, glasses, hat, scarf, etc..

It is not an out of uniform day, but a day for students to wear just a splash of yellow. 

It is important to remember that, whilst we place an emphasis on this day to ask this question, we need to remind ourselves that the day is just like any other, make it a priority to check in with friends, family, colleagues and loved ones on ANY day.
