PJ Day Fun & Fundraising Success!

Yesterday was Pyjama Day, and it was fantastic to see so many students and staff getting into the spirit by wearing their pyjamas, oodies, and nightgowns to school! There was definitely a sleepy vibe across the school, with some wishing for nap time instead of class time! The day was organised by the Student Voice Council to raise funds for Foodbank, and we're proud to share that we raised $483.80, what a fantastic effort! A big thank you to everyone who donated and participated!

REMINDER: Father’s Day Afternoon Tea & Assembly – Tomorrow

We invite all dads, grandfathers, uncles, and father figures to join us for our special Father’s Day Afternoon Tea and Assembly tomorrow.

  • Afternoon Tea: 2:30pm – 3:00pm

  • Special Assembly: 3:00pm – 3:30pm

The assembly will include a video presentation and book reading, acknowledging the important role father figures play in the lives of our students. We hope to see many of you there!

School Crossing Safety – Please Take Care

The safety of our students is always a top priority. School crossings are not only important safety zones, they’re also workplaces for our School Crossing Supervisors. Your care and attention around school crossings play a vital role in keeping our whole school community safe. The Department of Transport and Planning has launched a new road safety initiative for school crossings. The Safe Crossings, Safe Kids initiative:

  • reminds road users of the special road rules that apply at school crossings
  • promotes 8 safe behaviours at school crossings for drivers
  • outlines how to identify a school crossing.

It also includes posters on the following safe behaviours at school crossing:

  • See us? Slow down and prepare to stop
  • See us? Treat crossing supervisors kindly
  • Kids getting in or out? Find a legal park first
  • Behind the wheel? Wait for everyone to cross
  • Flags up? You must give way
  • See a school crossing? Use it.

For more information please visit:

We ask all families to please follow our school crossing rules and keep everyone safe.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

Only authorised vehicles may enter the school carpark before and after school. If you do not have authorisation you cannot drive into the school carpark. If you have authorisation, it is important that children getting in and out of the car are safe at all times. Please follow the school carpark rules and keep our children safe.
