Dear Parents and Carers,

Thank you for a wonderful term filled with learning and fun. We are incredibly grateful to all the staff who have worked tirelessly to ensure every student at St. Joseph's enjoys the best possible learning experience.

As we head into the holidays, we wish you and your families a safe, restful, and joyful break.

Thank you for your continued support in the education of your children — it truly is our privilege.

ORIMA Survey - Win a $500 Coles/Myer Voucher

These surveys play a vital role in helping us better understand perceptions of the school environment and learning experiences across our system. The feedback collected informs both school-level planning and broader system improvement.

The ORIMA surveys are independently managed, confidential, and evidence-based. They provide valid insights across key domains aligned with our school improvement goals. By increasing participation this year, we strengthen our collective understanding and ability to respond meaningfully to the needs of our communities. 

To make it even more worthwhile, all participants will go into the draw to win a $500 Coles/Myer voucher. We need a minimum of 50 completed surveys for the prize draw to go ahead – so your input truly counts!

As the survey is anonymous, to enter the draw, you’ll need to do one of the following after completing the survey:

• Email us a screenshot of the last page to: info@sjcobram.catholic.edu.au  or
• Bring a photo or print a copy of the final survey page to the school office to enter the draw.

This will serve as confirmation of your completed entry.

Your voice helps shape the future of our school community. Please take a few moments to complete the survey and encourage others to do the same. A letter will be sent home next week with a link.
