Year 12
2026 HSC Written Examination - REMINDER
The 2026 HSC Written Examination period begin on Tuesday 13 October and conclude on Thursday 5 November.
The 2026 HSC Written Examination timetable has been released and published on the NESA website.
NESA HSC Illness and misadventure
All students must attend every HSC examination, unless they suffer an illness or misadventure directly before an examination, that prevents their attendance. No HSC examination is rescheduled.
The illness and misadventure process supports students who, at the time of an HSC examination;
- are unwell
- have an accident
- suffer other misadventure.
Applications must be accompanied with strong and clear evidence of the illness or misadventure.
If students do attend an HSC examination but are unwell, have had an accident or have suffered another misadventure, application forms can be collected at the time of the examination from the Presiding Officer.
All HSC candidates are strongly encouraged to log into Students Online to view their personalised timetable. If students have not activated their personal NESA account they must do so immediately.
Farewell Year 12 2026
I would like to wish all our Year 12 students the very best in their HSC examinations and future endeavours. It has been a pleasure to work with them and watch them develop into responsible and respectful young men.
