Year 9 Food Technology
In Year 9 Food Technology, we have been learning about food around the world, including different flavours, ingredients and spices. In week 8 we made homemade gnocchi bolognese. Students had to work in pairs to make the gnocchi dough using potatoes, flour, and egg. They had to knead, roll it and cut it into a small shape. Students also had to make a bolognese sauce. A labour-intensive class that saw beautiful and delicious results.
