Peer Mediation

Our new grade 5 peer mediators attended their whole day training session last week, preparing them to become our new PM team in the yard at lunchtimes to support our school wellbeing program. Over the next few weeks, the grade 5 students will work with the outgoing grade 6 Peer Mediators to ensure a smooth transtion from one group to the next.  We look forward to seeing our new Peer Mediators grow in confidence at using their new skills to meet the needs of our students who might seek assistance with friendship issues, game playing problems and other wellbeing concerns that may arise during playtime.
