Richard from Skateboarding Victoria here. Thanks to City of Port Phillip, Skateboarding Victoria is hosting free, weekly developmental skateboarding sessions at the new Port Melbourne skate park. The All Aboard Skateboarding Sessions are free learn to skateboard workshops with skateboards and safety equipment provided. Delivered by expert skateboarding coaches, the sessions are for beginner and intermediate skaters who are just starting or keen to develop new skills. All are welcome!
Please have participant wear enclosed shoes and bring a helmet (bike helmet is fine) and pads if you have them. If not, we have plenty onsite.

Due to the Grand Prix operations, the Glee Club of Lucy Durack (Wicked, Legally Blonde, AGT judge) now has a 4 week Glee Club offer:
SMPPS can trial Junior (Prep- Year 2) and Senior (Year 3-12) Glee Club on:
Tues 17 Feb
Tues 17 March
Tues 24 March and
Tues 31 March from 3.30-4.30pm
Juniors and Seniors will be in separate rooms - with Lucy and another qualified choir host sharing the sessions. Students from all schools and new members are welcome. No experience necessary just a love of singing! Places are limited, please book here to secure your place (adding JNR or SNR in brackets next to your surname please).
Junior (Prep-Year 2) Glee DANCE will run for a full hour from 3.30-4.30pm at SMPPS every Thursday of term 1, starting MARCH 12! Juniors will be in Drill Hall STEM and Performing Arts - with Miss Tayla and her assistant Jorja.
No experience necessary, just a love of dance. Fun, easy warm ups and stretches and dances and all your favourite music. Glee DANCE is all about the Glee.

Black Dragon Taekwondo is excited to return to SMPP in Term 1, offering a positive, structured and welcoming program for children from Prep to Grade 6.
Our classes focus on much more than kicking and punching. Through age-appropriate Taekwondo training, students develop confidence, resilience and important life skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Grading: Monday 30 March 2026
Students will make their way to the gymnasium after school, with time to get changed and enjoy a snack before class begins (please note snacks are not provided).
Cost: $305 for the term
(Includes grading fees up to Red Belt, valued at $70)
All new students will receive a FREE uniform at their first class.
