State winner!

Congratulations to Sienna M (Year 8), who won the State Under 13 Girls 1500m title in a time of 5 min 04 secs. 

The race was very close but Sienna (pictured above with her medal) managed to hold off her nearest rival by a mere 3 seconds!

Sienna is a talented long-distance runner and has been close to winning a number of times over the past two years, but she has finally taken the next step. Well done!

Debating champ!

Congratulations to Nancy Y (Year 9) who won a Debaters Association of Victoria 'Swannie Award'. 

This award is given to the student with the highest average speaking score in their grade across the entirety of the debating season among all competing schools. A massive achievement - well done!
