The Highvale Secondary College senior boys survived the heavens opening as rain poured down during senior boys' football this week. The boys worked well together, had lots of fun and put in a lot of effort on the day. They won 1 out of 3 games and scored goals in 2 of the 3 games.

Despite the downpour, the boys endeavoured to play hard and fair football all day. As the day progressed, their friendships, gameplay and trust seemed to blossom and improve under the strong leadership of captains Jamie E. and Caleb W. The day ended with lots of smiles and good experiences. Well done boys! You made the school and me proud on a cold, rainy, windy day of football.
