Arts Festival 2026

Creativity has been on display at lunchtime, with students designing and creating portrait boxes for our upcoming Arts Festival. Each piece reflects themes of identity, connection and belonging, contributing to the broader idea that it takes a community to raise a child.

These student creations will form part of the festival showcase alongside collaborative artworks, installations and performances celebrating the creativity of our local community.

It Takes a Community to Raise a Child

We warmly invite families of Beaumaris Secondary College, Black Rock Primary School, Beaumaris North Primary School and Beaumaris Primary School to join us for a special celebration of creativity, connection and community.

This community event will showcase the creative talents of students from:

• Beaumaris Secondary College 
• Black Rock Primary School 
• Beaumaris North Primary School 
• Beaumaris Primary School 

Together, students have been working on a range of artistic projects exploring the theme ‘It Takes a Community to Raise a Child’'.

Families can look forward to:

• A collaborative Ceramic Village installation 
• Student artwork and creative displays 
• Performances and multimedia presentations 
• Opportunities to celebrate student voice and community spirit 

The Arts Festival promises to be a joyful evening that highlights the strength of our local community and the creativity of our young people.
