Is your child ready for an unforgettable adventure these school holidays?
Join us at the newly opened Zoology Centre at Lilydale High School and become a Junior Zookeeper for a day!
📅 Date: Thursday 2nd October
🕘 Time: 9.00am - 1.00 pm
👦 Ages: Primary school children, 6–12 years
💲 Cost: $220 per child
📍 Location: Zoology Centre, Lilydale High School
✨ What’s included:
- Experience what it’s like to be a real zookeeper!
- Watch crocodiles and snakes being fed (warning: dead rats/mice are used).
- Hand-feed frogs, turtles, and lizards with fresh veggies and live bugs.
- Get hands-on opportunities to hold and touch animals under supervision.
- Finish the day by giving your family a special tour of the Zoology Centre!
👟 What to bring & wear:
- Morning tea, lunch & a drink
- Loose, lightweight clothing (the centre can get warm)
Closed-toe shoes for safety
⚠️ Limited to 15 Junior Zookeepers only – get in quick!
A minimum of 6 participants is required for the session to run. Refunds will be provided if cancelled.
