🌟 Kick, Drill, Inspire

LHS was fortunate to welcome back former student Leigh Adams, who ran a coaching masterclass with our Years 9–11 EIS AFL students.

Leigh shared a range of fun yet highly effective drills 🏉, drawing on his 16 years of AFL experience. Students also had the invaluable opportunity to hear about his personal journey and the advice he would give his younger self.

⚡🏉 Mastering the Kick

Our EIS AFL athletes had the exciting opportunity to participate in a specialist kicking workshop led by Josh Growden – The Kicking Consultant!

Josh guided students through the five phases of kicking, sharing targeted drills to enhance each stage. 

With his AFL experience as a GWS Giant and four years as a punter at Louisiana State University (LSU) - where he also completed a Master’s in High Performane - Josh brought incredible expertise to the session.

Our EIS students left the workshop equipped with practical tips and techniques to kick further and with greater precision, taking their game to the next level.
