MACSSIS Survey

Dear Parents and Carers,
Each year, students, families and staff at Mother Teresa are invited to share their experiences and perspectives to help us better understand how our school is supporting learning, wellbeing and community engagement. This valuable feedback helps inform our ongoing school improvement planning and future priorities. The survey is called the Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools School Improvement Surveys (MACSSIS) and is conducted annually in Term 3. This year, it will be open from 31 August to 18 September 2026.
This survey has been specifically developed for Catholic schools in Melbourne. It is an evidence-based survey that provides meaningful insights into school performance and culture. Students in Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 will complete the survey during supervised sessions at school, with teachers available to provide support if required. Families and staff can complete the survey online at any time during the survey period using a secure link and password that will be sent via email in the coming weeks.
Participation is entirely voluntary, and all responses are confidential. The survey platform is managed by an independent provider and meets high privacy and security standards. We encourage all members of our community to take part, as every response helps strengthen our school and supports continuous improvement.
Kind regards,
Conchita Thomas
