Prep STEM

Towards the end of term 2 the Prep students have been reading Fairy Tales in their classrooms. Each week during their STEM lesson they have completed a Fairytale STEM challenge that links with the Fairy Tale story they have been reading in their classrooms. Have a look at some of their work!

Jack and the Beanstalk

The Prep students designed a parachute for Jack to quickly escape from the Giant.

Goldilocks and the 3 Bears

The Prep students designed their own chairs for Goldilocks. They tested the strength of their designs using a bag full of rice as “Goldilocks.”
