Celebration of Student Achievement
ACS Primary Touch Trials
In cold, gloomy and wet conditions in Glen Innes on Friday 16th May 2025, three of our Year 6 students participated in the Armidale Diocesan Touch Football Trials. Everyone tried their best and represented the school with pride. Congratulations to Harley and Emma, made the “possibles and probables” team but just missed out on being selected in the Diocesan team. We are so proud of your efforts!
Secondary ACS Cross Country
Last Wednesday 14th May, selected students from secondary attended the Dio Cross Country in Armidale. Despite the challenging competition, we had some remarkable results. Congratulations to all students who attended and a special mention to the following students who have qualified for NSWCCC Cross Country Championships to be held in Sydney next month:
Eliza Amos (2nd), Hugh Woods (2nd), Hamish Maunder (1st) & Nyarii Munro (4th)
Secondary ACS Football (Soccer)
On Wednesday 21st May, selected secondary students travelled to Inverell to compete against various other schools in the Armidale Diocese in a round robin competition of Soccer. Our team played three games and are to be congratulated on their sportsmanship and skill. What a great day!
