OLF Dance Ensemble

Our incredible OLF Dance Ensemble, delivering breathtaking performances that earned them 1st place in both the Jazz and Lyrical/Contemporary sections at the Sydney Catholic Schools Dance Eisteddfod.

To make this achievement even better, our Jazz performance secured the only $500 Capezio voucher of the day for winning the Highly Experienced Jazz section, a testament to the hard work and dedication of the team. Students also received a standby ticket for their Lyrical dance to the Sydney Catholic Schools Showcase.

Beyond their technical excellence, our students truly embodied grace, sportsmanship, and team spirit, representing our school with pride. Their commitment and love for dance shined on stage, and we couldn’t be prouder of them.

Football (Soccer)

Congratulations to Anson V (Year 6) who was recently selected in the MacKillop Boys Soccer Team. He played against teams from Wagga Wagga, Goulburn, Parramatta, Wollongong and ACT.  

Anson will now play at the NSW PSSA Championships at Ballina in August.  Well done Anson!

Golf

There are two Golf tournaments on offer - 9 Hole (no golf link number or handicap required) or 18 Hole (golf link number and handicap required). Students must be in Years 3 to 6 to be eligible to compete in these tournaments. Registrations close Friday 1 August 2025.

Students must demonstrate a high level of skill development and talent in Golf and have experience playing in regular Golf competitions. Please refer to the registration note if you would like to register your child.

Term 2 Holiday Camps

Sydney Catholic Schools are thrilled to share an exciting holiday opportunity for your child/ren. All programs are open to both boys and girls:

• Buddy basketball:  
  • This holiday tournament is for students who want to make a team of friends from any SCS school and participate in a great day of basketball 
• Pickleball
  • Pickleball is a paddle and ball sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong, played on a smaller court with a net.
