College Mates

We also launched a new program called Mates, where Secondary School students come alongside a Primary School 'mate' to spend time encouraging, supporting and connecting with them. It was such a joy to watch our pilot group of 10 Primary School students meeting with their Secondary School mates for the first time and beginning to build these relationships together.

This is such a wonderful advantage of being part of a P–12 College community. The program not only provides meaningful leadership opportunities for our Secondary School students but also makes a real difference for our younger students, giving them another positive older student in their corner cheering them on and helping them feel known and valued. We are excited to see the impact this program will continue to have on our students throughout the year.

Volunteers Needed

We are in need of volunteers to help with our Half-Yearly Secondary School Exams. If you are able to help, please get in touch with Dani (community@wwcc.nsw.edu.au).
