Loose Parts Program – Donations Reminder ♻️✨Thank you to all the families who have already contributed donations so far — we truly appreciate your support!

We are still welcoming donations to help us continue building this exciting space for the children. Loose parts play encourages creativity, imagination, collaboration and problem-solving, while also promoting sustainability by reusing everyday materials.

If you have any items at home you no longer need, we would love to give them a new life in our program.

Some helpful items include:• Pots and pans• Wooden spoons or kitchen utensils• Containers, tins or jars (clean and safe)• Bottle caps or lids• Small boxes or cardboard tubes• Fabric pieces or ribbons• Other interesting household items

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. End of Term 1 – Early Dismissal This Thursday is the last day of Term 1, and children will be dismissed at 2:30 pm.

OSHC will commence earlier on this day, starting from 2:30 pm, and fees will be adjusted accordingly.

2. Pupil Free Day – All Day OSHC AvailableA reminder that Monday 20 April is a Pupil Free Day.

OSHC will be offering All Day Care from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, at a cost of $95 (before CCS).

To ensure we can finalise the program and staffing ratios, we kindly ask families to book their children into All Day OSHC as soon as possible. Ideally, bookings should be made by Thursday 2 April.

Families can still make bookings after this date; however, please note that you may not receive confirmation during the school holidays, as we will be running the School Holiday Program and may have limited capacity to check OSHC emails.

To avoid any confusion or disappointment, we strongly recommend that you secure your booking early via the Xplor Home app.

3. School Holiday Program – April ⚠️ Last Chance to Book!Our April School Holiday Program is just around the corner and bookings are filling quickly. This is your last chance to secure a spot!

Please note that Tuesday 14 April – Don Bosco Excursion is fully booked.

Important reminders:• Cancellations made after 6 March will incur full fees• The program may be subject to change (including incursions and excursions)• Bookings will appear in the Xplor app closer to the scheduled dates
