Grade 4

What a wonderful term we have had in Grade 4. The students have worked incredibly hard  and should be extremely proud of themselves. 

During this term we completed a text study on the Tales of Despereaux. It was wonderful to see the enthusiasm with which students shared their understanding of the text and the growth they have made during this unit of work. 

The students thoroughly enjoyed using Canes Arcade for inspiration during our Integrated unit on Forces and Functions. It was wonderful to see students work collaboratively in the design process to make their own arcade games. 

We loved welcoming the grandparents in recently for our grandparents afternoon. The students had a great time sharing and receiving feedback on their arcade games that they had spent many weeks working on. The students were incredibly excited to implement some of the feedback from their grandparents to make improvements to their games before the final showcase of their games to o visiting dads during our Fathers Day breakfast.
