Tax deductible donations
With the end of the financial year approaching, we invite you to make a tax-deductible donation to the Port Melbourne Primary School Building Fund.
Every contribution, big or small, helps us create the best possible learning environment for our students. Your support will assist with projects such as:
- Installing ceiling fans in the gym
- Improving our classrooms
- Funding whole-school improvements
You may also choose to donate to our Library Fund, which helps us purchase new books and resources for our students to enjoy. Donations to both the Building Fund and Library Fund are fully tax deductible.
Donations can be made easily through Compass. If you have any questions, please contact the School Office on 9646 1001 or email port.melbourne.ps@education.vic.gov.au.
Student free days
Our staff planning and report writing days are booked in for the year. Students are not required to attend school on the following days:
- Term 3
- Monday 10 August 2026
- Term 4:
- Monday 2 November 2026
- Monday 30 November 2026
You can book into the TeamKids vacation care program on these days.
Camps
Year 4: Camp Jungai 9-11 November 2026
Year 5: Marysville 31 August - 2 September 2026
Year 6 Graduation
Families of Year 6 students, please save the date for the Graduation Ceremony on Thursday 10 December.
