2024 Sacramental Program

As communicated over the last few weeks...

Father Trevor and James Millane (Religious Education Leader) have finalised the 2024 Sacramental dates. As previously mentioned, there are a few changes this year.

Sacrament of Reconciliation

As families in Year Three are aware, the Sacrament of Reconciliation will take place on Friday 17 May, during the school day (10am - 1pm).

There will also be a Parent/Child Evening which will be held on Wednesday 15 May (6.30 - 7.30pm) in the MPR. All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend both events.

Save the dates

Sacrament of First Eucharist

There will be a Reflection Day for all children on Friday 16 August (during school hours).

The Sacrament of First Eucharist will be celebrated on Sunday 25 August at the 9.30am Mass.

Sacrament of Confirmation

There will be a Reflection Day for all children on Tuesday 17 September (during school hours).

The Sacrament of Confirmation will be celebrated on Thursday 10 October (Evening). Time to be confirmed.

A note from Father Trevor

I just wanted to say thank you to the Parents' Association and the wonderful families who've brought me yummy homecooked meals over the past weeks! It's so kind of you to go to all this trouble, and I've really enjoyed them. I only hope I can get your own baking dishes back to you! I'm sorry that I haven't always been here when you've come to the door. I hope to meet more of you all soon and to get to know all the children and families of Sacred Heart. Please if you see me at church or around the church, introduce yourself if I don't first! I really hope to see you at one of our Easter events. May the Lord bless you and keep you.
