GPS House Cross Country

On 29th April , we held our annual House Cross Country carnival at Landcox Park for all Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 students. The whole event was an outstanding success!

We had races for both girls and boys in the following categories: Year 3s, 9-10 year olds, 11 year olds and 12-13 year olds. The winners of our eight races were Lucy M, Ezra G, Kayla R, Felix D, Bella S, Stefan M, Rosie B and Tommy C. 

The winning House, calculated from an average of accumulated points from all competitors, was Hosking!

All children put in a mighty effort to finish their race as best they could. Year 3s don’t progress to inter-school District competitions but the top 8 finishers of the other races progress through to the District Cross Country carnival at Elsternwick Park on 13th May.
