Mums and Muffin Morning

Our first mums morning event was a huge success. Thanks to the Year 5 parents who organised this event, Lee Ajzenman, Tanya Shulman and Deb Putt and all the parents who came on the day to set up, hand out and pack up! The coffee vans were pumping and the scrumptious muffins were gobbled up by all. Oh and of course the chocolate milk was delicious! This new event will now be a permanent on the GPS calendar. Thanks to Lee Ajzenman from Core physio and pilates for guiding the mums through a fabulous pilates class at the end! It was great to stretch and move together. Lunch at Elwood Bathers

The festivities continued and the mums continued to enjoy their day. Everyone looked glamorous! The biggest thank you to Mia Roth and Stephanie Munro for executing the whole event with ease! The setting was perfect, the decorations were stunning, the food scrumptious and your attention to detail was noted! The boogying on the dancefloor ensured everyone had a super fun special day! We really are a fantastic team of GPS MUMS! We had fabulous donations for door prizes and would like to thank, Nicole Fendel for the stunning earrings and voucher to your bubble and beads workshop, Finn Spackman for the yummy coffee bags, Mia Roth for the Lone voucher, Robyn Kramer for the pamper pack from AbbyOil, Rita Nador for the special Gin and ex GPS parent Kim Dadush for all the amazing vouchers. Elwood Bathers even made an amazing donation for a voucher to their restaurant! It's these amazing donations that go a long way and make our mums feel so special. If you ever have anything to donate to GPS Events please reach out! 

Beanie collection

Brr it's cold in Melbourne and the beanies are here! Please collect on Wednesday 13th May, 3.15-3.45pm and Friday 15th May, 3.15-3.45pm, Junior Campus outside the Year 1 area (next to the hall).  We have a few extra to sell on these days too if you missed out. First come first serve. Beanies are $23.00.

A huge thank you to Tom Munro for his work in organising the beanies! They are going to keep us all so warm! Kids can wear beanies to and from school and at play time.. just not in class! Don't forget to lable them!!

Walkathon

Final call for sponsorships and donations via Compass.  So far, it's been amazing how many donations we have received! We will be announcing the winners next week, on Monday 18th May. The winning class will enjoy a special prize,  a movie/ PJ day, and the highest fundraisers will enjoy morning tea at Zest! Let's do it GPS!
