SCHOOL EVENTS:

TERM 1 OPEN DAY AFTERNOON

Wednesday 26th saw us have our first OPEN DAY for 2025!

All students received their very own boarding pass invitation last week - which went with the school passport theme.

Once 3pm hit, all students were handed a passport each - and were then told to travel to each classroom where fun and interactive activities were set up by each teacher.

It was wonderful to hear all the excitement and laughter from our students 😁!

It was also a great opportunity to welcome new and future families into our school so they can see all the amazing things we do here at WMPS!

CLEAN UP AUSTRALIA DAY

On Thursday morning the whole school participated in Schools Clean Up Day. The juniors walked around the school yard and collected 3 bags of rubbish and the seniors went across the road to Columbia Park and collected 7 bags of rubbish and one bucket of sharp objects such as broken glass and screws. Columbia Park Pre-school joined the senior students at the park and helped clean up the area. Most of the items found were plastic wrappers and the odd broken ball. Well done everyone for looking after our lovely areas.
