Mini Vinnies Christmas Appeal 2025

As we approach Advent and look forward to the joy of the Christmas season, we are reminded that this is also a time to pause and give thanks for the many blessings in our lives.

At Holy Family School, we are proud to support the St Vincent de Paul Christmas Appeal and are eager to continue this meaningful tradition. We hope that, through the generosity of our community, even a small contribution can help make life a little easier for someone in need this year.

Donations can be brought to classrooms and the Mini Vinnies team will collect items from the classrooms that students bring. Families can also leave donations in the office under the Christmas tree.

Donations need to be non-perishable food items, toiletries or Christmas goodies. Here is a list of items you might like to bring:

(No tinned spaghetti or baked beans please)

Pasta sauce or meal sauces in pouches

Tin fruit

Cereal

Long life milk

Long life juice (or 6 pack of Prima or Just Juice drink boxes)

Tin peas, carrots, potatoes

Rice

Tin ham, tinned meat

Tin fish

Soup

Spreads (Vegemite, honey, peanut butter, Nutella, jam)

Coffee, Milo, Nesquick, hot chocolate

Ordinary black tea (no fruit/herbal teas)

Muesli bars, Up ‘n Go, dried fruit snacks, trail mix
