ICAS Award Results

On Tuesday we were able to celebrate all out students who participated in the ICAS during the Primary and Secondary assemblies.

ICAS is a challenging, international competition covering 6 categories: English (Reading), Writing, Spelling, Digital Technologies, Mathematics, and Science.

This year we had a total of 33 students from across the school Years 1-11 participate, completing 87 tests in total.

Our students performed well receiving the following awards:

Merits- 10 in total

Credits- 27 in total

Distinctions- 8 in total

High Distinctions- 4 in total

Medals- 9 in total

I would like to particularly acknowledge the students who received an award of Distinction or higher on one or more of their tests:

Ben - Year 2

Lily - Year 5

Elouise - Year 5

Jeremy - Year 8

Megumi - Year 9

Timothy - Year 11

Congratulations again to all our students who participated in the ICAS this year. It is so encouraging to see so many of you give it a go. Well done to you all!
