Infant Athletics Carnival

This afternoon we held our Infants athletics carnival (KELC-2) on the SCC oval. Students were enthusiastic and they encouraged their classmates. They rotated between different events: vortex, bean bag balancing, 50m sprints, egg and spoon race and long jump. There were also other activities to choose from while waiting such as hula hoops, skipping and big paper drawing.

Despite the cold weather we had a fantastic afternoon. Well done to everyone who participated. Thank you to parents and carers who came to cheer the children on, and a big thank you to our Year 6 Student Leaders and the Year 8 students who helped with the carnival!
