Year 7-9 Connect SPC

Last term in Connect, years 7, 8 and 9 students undertook a personal project aimed at fostering a stronger sense of ownership in their learning. As part of this project, students evaluated their Term 1 Interim Report and set a relevant goal. Our Term 2 Connect lessons were dedicated to collecting evidence of their learning to demonstrate their progress toward achieving their goal. This journey, along with progress in goal-setting-related skills including persistence, perseverance, organisation, and confidence, was documented in a Personal Portfolio.

At the end of the term, students presented their Personal Portfolios during a 15-minute student-led conference, where they reflected on their process and shared their growth with you as parents/guardians and/ or nominated teacher.
