Term 4 Digital Safety Incursions
This term, our students will be participating in live-streamed digital safety incursions facilitated by Inform & Empower. These age-tailored sessions are designed to build essential digital literacy, online security skills, and critical thinking.
Here is what each year level will be focusing on this term:
Foundation: Digital Agency
Exploring healthy screen time choices, student agency, and recognizing comfortable versus uncomfortable online feelings.

Years 1 & 2: Digital Detectives
Developing foundational digital literacy and introductory critical thinking skills.

Years 3 & 4: Being Safe and Secure
Understanding online safety and security, learning what it means to be an online up-stander, and introducing the concept of online consent.

Years 5 & 6: Critical Thinking
Becoming critical consumers of online media and understanding boundaries and consent in digital interactions.
