Dear Families,

School Review Highlights

Our School Review is officially complete, and we look forward to receiving our final recommendations in October. In the meantime, we are proud to share the key strengths highlighted during the review, which reflect the dedication of our staff, the enthusiasm of our students, and the strength of our school community:

Hands-On Learning: Outstanding practical experiences, including our Garden to Kitchen, Animals, Sewing, The Hive, and Sustainability programs.
Evidence-Based Teaching: High-impact daily strategies, including explicit instruction, guided practice, Daily Reviews, clear Learning Intentions, and regular checks for understanding.
Student-Centred Focus: School improvement initiatives consistently prioritize student growth and wellbeing.
Supportive Culture: Strong capabilities in encouraging respectful behaviour, fostering motivation, delivering targeted learning support, and cultivating a deep sense of belonging.
Welcoming Community: Genuine connections uniting leadership, staff, students, and parents.
Collaborative Excellence: High levels of trust and collective efficacy among staff, driving shared ownership of student outcomes.
Clear Direction: Supportive leadership fostering an open culture where evidence-based practices are eagerly embraced.
Faith in Action: Catholic values at the heart of our ethos, strengthened by parish links and leadership from our Parish Priest.
Visible Faith & Identity: Classrooms featuring sacred spaces and prayer tables, including meaningful Stations of the Cross displays integrated through an Indigenous lens.
Enriching Opportunities: Meaningful faith formation experiences for both students and families.
