1BM and 1MV Highlights

What a huge week we have had in 1BM and 1MV! We have celebrated Science Week by exploring weather, observing the growth of our bean plants and keeping bean plant diaries, conducting our celery experiment, and continuing our learning about Australian animals and their habitats in preparation for our excursion to Moonlit Sanctuary.

We also celebrated our Baptism Night, inviting families to the church to participate in activities that helped strengthen our understanding and knowledge of the Sacrament of Baptism. A special thank you to Fr Michael and Mrs Douglas for teaching us so much and for creating such a meaningful and special time for us to share with our families. We look forward to seeing all the year 1 families at Mass this weekend. 

The students also did an amazing job presenting at assembly and sharing their learning with the whole school. We are so proud of their confidence, enthusiasm and willingness to share what they have learned!
