School Tour
Our next School Tour will take place on Thursday 28 May at 10:00am and 4:00pm. If you have family or friends that are interested in enrolling their children at St Helena's Catholic Primary School they can register to attend here.
Seasons for Growth
St Helena’s is offering the Seasons for Growth program, a small‑group learning experience that helps children navigate change and loss such as separation, divorce, death, or school transitions.
The program builds practical skills in managing feelings, problem solving, decision making, communication, and peer support, fostering confidence and resilience.
If you feel your child would benefit, please discuss it with them, those interested can complete the registration form.
We’re pleased to offer this valuable opportunity to support students through life’s changes.
Canteen Closed
The canteen will closed in week 6 on Thursday 28 May. Please ensure children are sent to school with food for recess and lunch on this day.
Playgrounds Before and After School
A reminder to Parents and Caregivers that no children should be playing on the playgrounds before or after school. Thank you for your assistance in keeping everyone safe.
Pupil Free Days
School Photos
School photos will take place on Tuesday 9 and Wednesday 10 June. Please see the schedule below.
Important points to note;
Every student will have their photo taken, whether photos are being purchased or not.
Your child will be given an online ordering instruction slip and a unique student shootkey in the coming days.
Log on to www.msp.com.au and follow the prompts to place your order. Online ordering closes on Wednesday 17 June 2026. Late order will incur a $30.00 archive fee.
Spare envelopes will be available at the office if you prefer to pay by cash.
Family photo envelopes will also be available at the office once you receive your online ordering sl. Family photos will be taken each morning before school.
Family photos cannot be ordered online. Once the school receives these photos they will need to be collected from the office.

Premiers Reading Challenge
The Premier's Reading Challenge has commenced but it's not too late for students to sign up. Visit the website here and start reading!
P&F Hawaiian Disco
The P&F will be holding a Hawaiian Disco on Friday 26 June. Tickets are available via Quickcliq. To make the night a success the P&F are also looking for volunteers to assist on the night. If you can help out please register here.
Pre-Kindy 2026 & Kindy 2027 Enrolments
We are considering adding a Tuesday session to our Pre-Kindy program. If you are interested in enrolling your child for one or two days of Pre-Kindy on Tuesday and/or Wednesday, please email admin@sthelenas.wa.edu.au. Children are eligible to attend Pre-Kindy once they three years old.
Enrolment interviews for Kindergarten in 2027 have commenced.
Families with siblings born between July 2022 and June 2023 seeking a place in our Kindergarten next year at St Helena's are asked to contact Admin on admin@sthelenas.wa.edu.au or 9297 7500 to receive an application pack. We don't want you to miss out!
