An Eye On Curriculum

NAPLAN

NAPLAN testing for students in Grades 3 and 5 is taking place next week and the following week.

To ensure your child can begin the assessment calmly and without disruption, please make sure they arrive at school on time, as testing will begin promptly at 9:30am each day.

Our testing schedule is as follows:

• Wednesday 11 March – Writing
• Thursday 12 March – Conventions of Language
• Monday 16 March – Reading
• Tuesday 17 March – Numeracy

Catch-up sessions will be available on Thursday 19 March and Friday 20 March for any students who miss a test.

We encourage students to get a good night’s sleep and have a healthy breakfast before coming to school so they are ready to do their best.

If you do not wish for your child to particpate in NAPLAN please contact the office ASAP.
