Principal's Message

I trust today’s What's On finds all well. It has been another busy and rewarding fortnight at Cobram Anglican Grammar School, with students embracing opportunities across faith, sport, leadership, outdoor education and community engagement. I have chosen just a snapshot of the different events upon which to comment.

Welcoming New Education Support Staff

Over recent weeks, several new members have joined our Education Support team. We warmly welcome Caitlin Mills, Melissa Onken and Tiana Smith to Cobram Anglican Grammar School. Their skills, experience and commitment to supporting student learning will be a valuable addition to our school community.

Senior School Formal

Around 100 young people, including Cobram AGS students and their guests, attended the Senior School Formal on Friday evening at the Italian Social Club. The formal was a wonderful opportunity for students to celebrate together in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. It was pleasing to see students representing themselves and the school so positively throughout the evening. We thank staff and families for their support in making the event such a success.

Year 7 Taster Day

Our second Year 7 Taster Day was held last Thursday and attracted approximately 60 students from Cobram AGS and a number of local primary schools. Participants enjoyed a range of engaging learning experiences and had the opportunity to meet staff and students, while gaining a taste of life in our Senior School. 

Year 9/10 Outdoor Education Camp

Students in Years 9 and 10 recently enjoyed an overnight Outdoor Education experience at Horseshoe Bend with Mrs McConnell, Mr Tatnall and Mrs Rouse. The camp provided students with opportunities to develop resilience, teamwork, independence and an appreciation of the natural environment.
