Regional Division Cross Country

Well done  to Zoe T, Phoebe W, Amber W, Joshua C, Ashley T, Jackson P, and Violet ES who progressed  to the Regional Championship that were held in Kilmore on yesterday. 

Congratulations to Violet (year 6) and Ashley T (year 6) who have progressed through to State finishing 3rd and 8th 

Extr BIG Congratulations on an outstanding achievement to Zoe, Amber and Phoebe who achieved 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the Girls 9-10 years reace!  They will also progress to State Championships.

Year 6 Netball Squad

"Congratulations to our two Year 6 Netball teams who both made it through to the inter-school semi-finals this term.

We might not have taken home the glittering prize, but we were certainly the fittest squad having walked all over the northern suburbs for our matches whilst other schools were being chauffeured around.

In the end, netball was the real winner!"

Year 6 term 2 IDSSA Sports Finals

The grade 6 sports finals were last Friday. We had 5 teams out of six on the semi-finals.

The AFL A team played St Johns Primary school, the AFL B team played Buckley House. Netball A played Ivanhoe East Primary School, Netball B played St Johns Primary School and Girls Tee-ball played Alphington Grammar. All games were very competitive and the students represent the school very well, all giving their best.  Unfortunately we didn't win any of our semi finals.

Ivanhoe East Primary School won both the Netball and AFL Grand Finals in the A and B comp. Buckley House won the Girls Tee-ball Grand Final.

Term 3 sports start on Friday 17th July, sports are touch rugby, hotshots tennis, and Volleyball.

Year 6 IDDSA Soccer Tournament

Good Luck to the 34 year 6 students who are playing in the IDSSA soccer tournament this Friday 19th June at John Cain Memorial Park.
