Student Engagement & Wellbeing

Building Positive Behaviour at Our College
The College has been working together on developing a whole-college Behaviour Matrix that reflects the principles of the School Wide Positive Behaviour Support Program. This matrix will serve as a clear and consistent guide for students, staff, and families by outlining the expected positive behaviours in all areas of school life.
In this process, we have also been identifying and clarifying the types of positive student behaviours we expect to see not only in the classroom, but also in the school yard, on the school grounds, and within the wider community. This work ensures that students are supported to understand and demonstrate behaviours that contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
At our college, we take the behaviour of our students in the community very seriously. We actively follow up with community agencies, local businesses, shopping centres, and residents to strengthen positive connections and address concerns if they arise. Our students are representatives of our school at all times, and we expect them to model our core RED Values—Respect, Excellence, and Diversity—in all of their actions and behaviours, whether at school or beyond.
Together, with the support of families, we are committed to developing confident, respectful, and responsible young people who reflect the best of our college community.
If you have concerns about your child’s engagement, learning, or wellbeing, please don’t hesitate to reach out and contact us.
