Hello, South Oakleigh College community, 

 

Wellness Week at South Oakleigh College was a blast, right? The activities, workshops, and talks were more than just a good time – they were a reminder that taking care of ourselves is a big deal.

 

Now that the week is over, don't let the magic fade. You can continue the wellness journey right at home:

 

Mindfulness Matters: Remember those mindfulness sessions? Keep practising. Take a few minutes each day to breathe deeply and be present.

 

Stay Active: Whether it's a quick jog or a dance party in your room, keep moving. Physical activity is like a happiness booster.

 

Eat Well: Think about what you're eating. Balanced meals make a big difference in how you feel.

 

Get Creative: Keep exploring your artistic side. Painting, playing music – whatever makes your soul happy.

 

Stay Connected: Keep those heart-to-heart talks alive. Chat with friends and family about how you're feeling.

 

Me Time: Remember, self-care isn't selfish. Take time for yourself to relax and recharge.
