Afternoon Pickup

We would like to take this opportunity to ask that parents and carers ensure children are not playing in the garden beds at the front of the school. Greg is doing a wonderful job developing these beds with seeds etc and we also have a drip system that keeps the water up to the existing plants. This system is not made to have little feet treading all over it and must be cared for accordingly. We are also in snake season so parents need to be vigilant and supervise their children at all times, just in case we do have unwanted visitors in our garden beds.

Visitors

Our Stage 3 guidelines remain in place at this point so we are still unable to welcome parents into our school:

If you need uniform items, please pay for them via Qkr (quicker) and send us an email detailing the item/s and sizes you have ordered. We will send the items home with your child.
If you need to collect your child early, please phone us and we will collect your child from class and sign them out on Compass for you. Your child can then meet you at the gate.

MSP Photography

Parent online orders have been temporarily closed by MSP but you will be advised when they reopen as soon as we have a new booking date.

School Fees

Term 4 fees have been emailed today. The due date to have your fees up to date is 02 December, 2021, if you cannot have your fees paid by the due date, please contact Pauline to make an arrangement. Getting behind in fee payments and need a better way to budget? Why not set up a direct debit and have regular payments come out of your bank account, please contact the school quifinance@arm.catholic.edu.au if you wish to take up this option. Alternatively set up direct payments in your online banking system, regular payments are always welcomed regardless of the amount and can be paid during term and school holidays.

Attendance

If your child arrives at school after 8:50am he/she will be marked as late-unexplained, unless you come to the gate and give a reason for them being late, in which case we will enter it into the system for you.

Uniform - All students need to be in Summer Uniform now

We would like to focus on students wearing their summer uniform correctly. This means correct uniform, shirts tucked in, Royal Blue or Gold hair ties, small sleepers or plain studs etc. Please make sure your child has the correct uniform each day.
