NEW - Shepparton Art Museum School Visit

Last week, SAM (Shepparton Art Museum) came to visit the Year 5 and 6’s. They wanted us to create a new mascot for SAM. We made an imaginary animal out of playdough. We could either keep our animal that we made or donate it to SAM.  We were the first school that SAM had visited. This was a very exciting experience and we hope they come again.

Last week the Year 5 and 6 classes met some ladies from the Shepparton Art Museum.

We made some of our own Yoo Yoo’s out of playdoh and drew them onto paper. Yoo Yoo’s are like our Mooving Cows, but are located in Melbourne.

We learnt about what SAM is about, then we created our own mascots with Yowie features.
