In October both our Year 7-8 Tennis and Cricket Teams made the grand final but finished 2nd in the SSV Geelong Division Competitions today.
A great job was done by all students.

Some of our students also represented MFG at the SSV State Track and Field Championship (Lakeside Stadium Albert Park) on Monday 17th October.
Results were as follows;
- Amali Butcher 1st 16yr Hurdles, 2nd 16yr Long Jump and 4th 16yr 100m.
- Tegan Zurawel 1st 16yr High Jump, 1st 16yr Shot Put, 2nd 16yr Triple Jump.
- Cailin Walker 1st 13yr Triple Jump.
- Lucinda Colquhoun 10th 15yr 1500m Walk.
It is an incredible achievement to even have a student medal at the State Finals let alone get 3 State Champions in one day.
