Enhancing Catholic School Identity Survey 

We are asking as many parents as possible to complete the Enhancing Catholic School Identity (ECSI) survey. This survey helps give SJV and Catholic Education a picture of our school's Catholic Identity. You do not need to be Catholic to participate - in fact we would like as many people from different backgrounds and faiths. 

The survey will ask you about your faith and personal belief system. The results are confidential. 

When completing the survey, it may take approximately one hour. We encourage you to not get too caught up in answering any questions. Keep a copy of your username and password so that you can complete the survey over a couple of sessions. 

You can do this at home by yourself or you can come to school and myself or other staff members can assist you in the staffroom on Wednesday 5th April at 8:30 - 9:00 / 2:30 - 3:30

2. Put in the password  Ghj654 (case sensitive)

3. New User

4. Put in survey access code :  y89R6J (case sensitive)

5.  Answer details - fill in as asked.
