P & F News 

Well, that went quick! One school term already over. 

A HUGE thank you to all the St. Fidelis staff, parents, parish, P&F committee and school community for your support with all our Term 1 activities and events. We had a successful term of fundraising, but most importantly shared in some memorable school events, met new families and friends and welcomed our newest and youngest additions – the Foundation children.

The P&F would like to wish you all a safe school holiday and a very happy Easter. May God bless you.

Hot Cross Bun Drive 

THE DAY HAS ARRIVED!

Today Elena and Dave Fairbanks from BAKER’S DELIGHT COBURG ensured the delivery of our tasty hot cross buns!

Thank you to all the families who ordered some buns, your continued support goes a long way in supporting our children with access to new resources and school improvements. The buns you ordered will be sent home with your children. If your child was absent, please attend the school office as soon as possible to collect your order.

Easter Raffle

Today the Easter raffle was drawn. Hampers/prizes will go home with the children of winning families and the winners will also be announced in a SkoolBag notification. Congratulations to those of you who won!

Thank you to the P&F members who spent a few hours together last week putting together the 29 prizes for the raffle. And thank you to ALL of the St. Fidelis community whose kind donations are the reason we were able to put together so many prizes. This raffle is one of our favourite to run as it is always a joy to see the ecstatic faces of the children who come to collect their prizes.

PLEASE NOTE- a breakdown of Term 1 events/activities with funds raised will be communicated to you early next term.

Term 2 Event Plans

That’s right, the P&F is already working hard on planning and organising the Term 2 events and activities. Here is a list of upcoming events – so please SAVE THE DATE!

• Mother’s Day Stall, Tuesday 3rd May.
• Mother’s Day Raffle, Tuesday 3rd May.
• Mother’s Day Breakfast, Friday 6th May.
• St. Fidelis Family Dinner Night, Saturday 18th June.
• Family Portrait Fundraising Photoshoot, Sunday 19th June.
• Vinnie’s Winter Appeal, date TBA.
• And of course, there will be our usual uniform stalls, food order days and maybe some other special activities coming to Term 2!
