Sports Academy

During lockdowns, many of us are spending more time in front of our screens and less time active within the community. Heathmont Sports Academy has been keeping active via online workouts and challenges, but now we have a challenge for all of our Heathmont Community.
We want you to have some fun, do it as a family and have several goes, try to beat your time and maybe even decide who does the dishes using this worksheet. It's all about fun, active and healthy lifestyles while we are limited in our homes.
We have also had several current Heathmont College students reach out about learning more about our Sports Academy program. Keep a lookout, as soon we will be having internal trials for those who want to come and see what it is all about.
