Postponed / Cancelled Events

Some Sporting and other planned Excursion & Incursion Events that are currently posted on Compass have had to be postponed or cancelled due to the snap lockdown.

If an Event is postponed and CAN be re-scheduled: Then the payment that was made (through Compass, CSEF, office or credit) will be allocated to the Event once the new date is organised. Please remember though that a new ‘Consent’ through Compass will always be required.

If an Event is cancelled and CANNOT be re-scheduled:

If a payment was made, a credit will be applied to your statement. That credit can be used towards any upcoming charges, 2022 Course Confirmation or kept for the following year.

If the payment was made using CSEF, that amount will be credited back to your available CSEF.

Camps/Sports/Excursions Fund (CSEF) – Extended to 13 August 2021

CSEF is provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the costs of school trips, camps, and sporting activities. The allowance of $225 is assessed and paid to the school on a yearly basis and is dependent on eligibility. Please note that the cut-off date for 2021 applications has now been extended to 13 August 2021 (eligible by 12 July 2021).

If you are new to the College or are recently new to receiving a Health Care Card or similar, please contact the school office to obtain a CSEF application form or download one from:

https://www.education.vic.gov.au/Documents/about/programs/health/CSEF_application_form.pdf

Please be aware that you are able to use the ‘Use CSEF’ function for paying and consenting to Events in Compass.

Should you have any questions regarding the above, please contact the Finance Department:  heathmont.co@education.vic.gov.au or phone 9871 4888 Sandra, Blanche or Michelle (after lockdown).

We thank you for your ongoing support and patience while we work together in these challenging times.
