Book Fair Dates:

Thursday, 23rd October

Friday, 24th October 

Monday, 27th October

Opening Hours:

• For Students: 1:45 PM – 2:20 PM & 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
• For Parents & Community Members: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Location: School Foyer

Students will have the opportunity to browse the fair during the week and complete a wish list of their favourite books.

Families are warmly invited to visit the fair to view and purchase books—come find a great read or an early stocking stuffer!

• EFTPOS available at school (in-person or over the phone)
• Online Payment: Visit www.scholastic.com.au/payment(Be sure to select Book Fairs as the payment type)

• Cash: You may also send cash in with your child

💗 LCS Annual Pink Day – In Memory of Monique Squires

LCS will be holding our Annual Pink Day on Friday, 21st November, in loving memory of Monique Squires.

We invite everyone to wear a touch of PINK to show their support.

🧁 Cupcakes will be available to order for $2.00 each and will be served at recess.

Orders and payments can be made via the QKR App by 3:00pm on Thursday, 13th November 2025.

About Monique 💕

Monique Squires was diagnosed in 2015 with an incurable brain cancer called DIPG. Monique attended Lockington Pre-School with her twin sister, Zoe, but sadly became unwell. After a courageous 13-month battle, Monique passed away on 15th October 2016.

All funds raised from Pink Day will go to The Cure Starts Now Australia, supporting vital research into childhood brain cancers.
