She gives new things a go, even when they feel a little tricky, and keeps trying when something doesn’t work the first time. It has been lovely to see her confidence growing each day. He takes responsibility for his actions and consistently strives to improve, showing dedication in both his learning and behaviour. Great work, Anthony! |

Vinnie displays school values such as kindness, respect, and integrity, shows care and consideration for others, and sets a great example in getting along with his peers and teachers. | 3B | Isabella Howard | Bravery | For showing great dedication in catching up on class routines, Literacy, Maths, and group work she missed earlier in the year. Isabella settled into our classroom with confidence and enthusiasm, demonstrating remarkable determination every step of the way. Congratulations, Isabella! |

| 4A | Jack Crowe | Love of Learning | Jack continually shows his passion and excitement for Mathematics. He shares his thinking and is persistent in the subject, demonstrating his strong growth mindset. He should be extremely proud of his positive, can-do, attitude! |
| 4A | Darcy Lee | Love of Learning | Darcy always shows enthusiasm when learning. He is a great listener and is always willing to share his knowledge with the class. Darcy has particularly enjoyed participating in our novel study this term and can always be trusted to help us understand any unknown words in the text. Thank you, Darcy! | 4B | Georgia Cox | Perserverance | Georgia has had a brilliant start to Year 4, swimming with outstanding speed at the Seaside District Swimming Carnival. Georgia has also shown a great commitment to her learning, showing persistence in Math lessons and determination to understand new addition, subtraction and multiplication strategies so that she can use them with confidence. Keep it up Georgia! |
| 4C | Sophie Woods | Kindness | Sophie consistently shows kindness and care in our Year 4C classroom. She is always ready to help others, whether it’s offering support with learning or including classmates in activities. Sophie recently went out of her way to look after a new student, making her feel safe and welcome at our school. Her thoughtful actions set a wonderful example of what it means to be a caring and responsible member of our class community. |
| 5/6C | Jett Whitmore | Love of Learning | Jett has shown great focus and commitment to his learning this term. Starting the term late hasn’t stopped him from fully engaging in class and catching up where needed. He works hard to complete tasks to a high standard and uses feedback thoughtfully to improve his understanding. Jett’s effort and dedication are wonderful to see. Keep up the great work Jett! |
| 5/6C | Mira Greig | Love of Learning | Mira has embraced all learning opportunities this term with enthusiasm and curiosity. She consistently contributes to class discussions and asks thoughtful questions to deepen her understanding. Mira demonstrates integrity by offering to help and completes jobs without being asked, supporting those around her and helping our class to run smoothly. Keep up the wonderful work, Mira! |
| 5/6D | Lewis McCartney | Aspiration | Lewis has been showing our school value of aspiration through his positive attitude towards learning and behaviour. He contributes thoughtfully during lessons and consistently demonstrates respectful and responsible behaviour in the classroom. Lewis should be proud of the effort he is putting into his learning. |
| 5/6E | Emily Yeend | Leadership | Emily has been leading by example this term. She can be relied upon to be helpful and resourceful. Emily will always offer to complete classroom jobs. She also listens thoughtfully and is considered in class. Emily will put her hand up to answer questions and really is a valued member of the class. |
| 5/6E | Gwen Moore | Love of Learning | Gwen has really embraced our narrative writing unit this term. This week she wrote her resolution for her story, and she was full of so many ideas that she filled more than an A3 page. Gwen you are a star and I can’t wait for the finished text about Yuri the pigeon! |
| 1B | Henrik Marshall | Bravery | Henrik has been challenging himself each day, stepping outside of his comfort zone and approaching new situations with a positive and resilient mindset. I am so proud of the way he has come into the classroom ready to learn, showing confidence and a willingness to give things a go. | 3C | Maya Gillespie | Love of Learning | During our persuasive writing unit, Maya has been following instructions carefully. She has used her single paragraph outline to effectively structure her ideas and included some great high modality words to support her argument that books are more powerful than screens. Well done Maya, I look forward to reading your completed piece! |
| 4A | Sophie Manuell | Love of Learning | Sophie shows a deep interest in History and a thoughtful understanding of why events in the past occurred. She confidently shares her knowledge with the class, enriching our learning with her insights and engaging stories. |
| 4C | Lachlan Soifer | Kindness | Lachlan consistently shows kindness by helping both his classmates and his teacher whenever it’s needed. He is always ready to make sure everyone feels included, going out of his way to support others. Lachlan is a genuine friend who makes our classroom a happier and more welcoming place.
