Religious Education - Holy Week
How does the Easter story help people understand hope, love and new life?
During this holy week, we walk with Jesus on the road to the cross.
There are moments when our love grows tired—when patience runs thin, when kindness feels difficult, when we struggle to forgive.
Yet in Holy Week we see the love of Jesus:a love that kneels to serve,a love that carries the cross,a love that never gives up on others.
When our love grows tired, Lord, lead us back to You.
Teach us to love like Jesus—with gentleness, courage and mercy.Help us to notice those who are lonely,to forgive when it is hard, and to choose kindness each day.
As we journey through Holy Week, renew our hearts with Your love,so that the light of Eastermay shine through us.
Amen.
