Aurora Home Care

It was a privilege to attend the special opening and blessing of Aurora Home Care on Thursday, 18 February. This new family-run business, led by members of our parent community David and Elthea Heywood, offers personalised, nurse-led home care for elderly people, supporting them to live safely and independently in their own homes. The Grand Opening was beautifully marked with a blessing led by Father Arsenio, asking God’s guidance for the important work of caring for others in our community. I would like to sincerely thank David and Elthea for inviting me to share in this special occasion and congratulate them on this wonderful initiative that reflects compassion, dignity and service. I look forward to sharing a few photos from this memorable moment with our community.

Colouring Competition

Our Prep - Year 2 students have been invited to show off their skills and participate in a Colouring Competition hosted by our local Mitcham Junior Football Club! Entry sheets will be sent home with students later this week, and are due back before Friday 20 March. The winner will receive a prize from special guest “Roary”, the MJFC mascot, at the final assembly of term!
