As always, we love catching up with news from our former Collegians.

The Opening of St Eugene’s retreat and Conference Centre, Newborough

It was great to meet up with so many of our Old Boys and their families during the recent opening of St Eugene’s Retreat and Conference Centre in Newborough. This Centre is the result of the inspiration of our very own Old Boy, Fr Christian Fini, OMI (Class of 1992). It is beautiful. The facilities, location, absolutely everything about it is magnificent. Feel free to look online and see if you might avail yourself of this location for your next event. It was a tremendous joy for us to catch up with a number of Mazenod’s former Staff members, too. All of them were in great form and enjoyed the laughs and conversation! 

Upcoming Reunion: Classes of 2018-2020

We look forward to catching up with many of our Old Boys from the Classes of 2018, 2019 and 2020 for their Reunion on Friday, 1st May 2026. This will be held at the Olympia Restaurant in Portman Street, Oakleigh. It is a central location, and walking distance from the train station and from buses. We will be in touch with the respective year levels in the week after Easter. Come along and enjoy a fabulous night with your peers, good food and drinks. 

Pastoral Care/Wellbeing

Both of us and our MOCA Committee are always available to chat, or to assist our Old Boys in their times of need. In recent weeks, we have been blessed to support our Old Collegians who are experiencing illness in their families, as well as, Old Collegians who have experienced the deaths of loved ones. We seek to support one another by our prayers, friendship and actions.

We are always keen to promote our Old Collegians and their professions, businesses and trades. Please feel free to contact us at Mazenod College. We will include these in our Mazenod College Newsletter, The Mazenod Gazette, as well as on our Alumnly Website and on our Mazenod Old Collegians’ Association Facebook page.
